Satellite Control
This Satellite is used for the automation, protection and remote controlling of individual processes as well as the entire system of a remote Windows-PC. The interface is divided into 4 sections:
Processes
Here, an unlimited number of processes can be created which then are also started, monitored or shut down at the moment the Satellite is launched. If the termination of a monitored process is recognized it can be re-launched or a message can be sent to UNIVERSE. An alteration of the list is only possible within the Satellite. However, independent of this, the command for a shut down or re-start of a process that is not on the list can be given via UNIVERSE. News on process changes are evaluated in UNIVERSE as Triggers.
Rights
For security reasons, access to the Satellite can be restricted. If UNIVERSE demands an action that is locked in the Satellite, a corresponding message will appear on the screen.

Reboot, Shutdown, Hibernate and Suspend can be executed |
Processes |
Start and Shut down of local processes - for starting, the file path is needed; for shutting down, the name of the process is needed. |

Keyboard inputs and keyboard combinations are simulated in the operating system and have an effect on the momentarily active window. |
Mouse/Touch |
Mouse and Touch inputs are simulated |
Screen |
An up-to-the minute screenshot is transmitted to UNIVERSE |
Note: In order to see a transmitted screenshot in UNIVERSE, the corresponding Satellite-Device has to be dragged as Trigger to a Picture-Control.
Care
System data are transmitted to UNIVERSE continuously. For details see Trigger Types.
Settings
Here, the name of the Satellite Control is registered, which will later be displayed in UNIVERSE. Auto Minimize automatically minimizes the window 20 seconds after the last input.
