Cues are skip marks within a timeline and they have different functions. If a Cue gets triggered then all elements on the timeline at this position are activated, whether it is a Play-Cue or a Pause-Cue.

Play

The timeline runs through this Cue. If at the moment of activation the timeline is standing still, it will get started..

Pause

The timeline is paused

Stop

The timeline stops and jumps back to the Start-Timecode

Rewind

The timeline changes the direction If the timeline is playing backwards, Buttons are activated once the back end of the timeline is reached

Wait

The timeline waits for a set time. This can be aborted prematurely by another Play-command

Jump

The timeline jumps to a set time. This can be done in a loop or in a fixed number of cycles. If the number of jumps was set, the remaining number of jumps will be shown in a countdown in the Cue-symbol. Once the Cue is finished, the counter will be reset.

With the command Ignore Next Cue the next Cue in the timeline can be deactivated once. This way, a Jump-Cue that was set to infinite, can be passed. After passing, the Cue becomes active again.

Ignore Cues are marked temporarily by an orange background.
