Better Experience.

Our new UNIVERSE version took quite some time to be finished but we are very happy with how 2026.01 turned out! UNIVERSE now features a whole list of new controls and advanced layouting tools. And on top of it all we completely rebuild the Webinterface on a state-of-the-art tech stack for efficiency and reliability.

Besides the huge updates on the UI-side, we are introducing Daypasses as a tool for quick updates. Also UNIVERSE has full support for dongled licenses again. This completes our Engine workflow as you can now just plug in your design license into any engine machine to edit the project without the need for an active internet connection.

Lastly we added some new devices and enhanced the experience with existing devices such as the StreamDeck Studio. We are excited to see what you are building with the new UNIVERSE 2026.01. Cheers!

Updated Control List

Explore a lot of new Controls.

In UNIVERSE 2026.01 we have added a lot of new Controls and updated existing ones. Create even more versatile interfaces with new UI elements like Toggles, Dropdowns, Number Boxes and Device Status indicators.

Daypasses & Dongles

Engine workflow from start to finish.

With UNIVERSE 2026.01 we are introducing Daypasses. These allow give you a 24h time window to edit a project on a machine running UNIVERSE Engine. Also after some restrictions in earlier versions, full support for license dongles has returned. See our Products page for more Information.

Device Updates

New and enhanced Device integrations.

UNIVERSE 2026.01 includes new devices and enhancements for existing ones. For example you can now integrate any StreamDeck remotely with the Elgato Network Dock.

Web Interface

More efficient and performant Web Interface.

The Web Interface has been a central part of UNIVERSE for quite some time now. As technologies and standards developed over time we now completely reworked the Web Interface for better performance and more features.
