From UNIVERSE v. 3 on a dongle can only can be purchased optionally. A dongle is supplied without a license and an existing local license can be copied onto it. UNIVERSE dongle are driver-free and usable without administration rights, and allow the unrestricted use of UNIVERSE on any compatible Windows computer, even in offline mode.
